Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data Check Flip (checkflipgame.com) processes, why, and what your rights are. It is written to meet the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible

What we process

Chat messages are only relayed to the players in your room; they are not stored. A room's game state is kept on the server for at most 12 hours so players can reconnect. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising profiles and we do not collect special categories of personal data.
Browser storage
The game stores a few things in your browser's local storage: your language, nickname, sound setting, the last room you joined and, if you log in, your login session. These are needed for the game to work. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Where your data is processed
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting the website and relaying online games.
- Supabase, Inc.: accounts, passwords (hashed), progression data and password-reset e-mails.
- Public MQTT brokers (EMQX, HiveMQ, Eclipse Mosquitto): used only as a backup connection if our own server can't be reached. Data sent there (names, moves and chat of a room) passes through public servers.
These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye (for example in the EU or the USA). When you create an account you give your explicit consent to this transfer abroad (KVKK Article 9). You can play without an account.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Room data expires after 12 hours at the latest. Provider logs are kept according to their own policies (usually days to weeks).
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you can ask whether we process your data, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing and complain to the supervisory authority (in Türkiye: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK). You can delete your account and all its data yourself in Profile & looks → Stats → Delete account. For anything else, write to contact@checkflipgame.com; we answer within 30 days.
Children
Check Flip is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country), please don't create an account without a parent's permission.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.

Sohbet mesajları yalnızca odadaki oyunculara iletilir, saklanmaz. Oyuncuların yeniden bağlanabilmesi için odanın oyun durumu sunucuda en fazla 12 saat tutulur. Verilerinizi satmıyoruz, reklam profili çıkarmak için kullanmıyoruz ve özel nitelikli kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.
Tarayıcıda saklananlar
Oyun, tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında dil, takma ad, ses ayarı, son katıldığınız oda ve giriş yaptıysanız oturum bilgisini tutar. Bunlar oyunun çalışması için gereklidir. Takip veya reklam çerezi kullanmıyoruz; bu değişirse önce onayınızı isteriz.
Verilerin işlendiği yerler ve yurt dışına aktarım
- Cloudflare, Inc.: web sitesinin barındırılması ve çevrim içi oyun bağlantısı.
- Supabase, Inc.: hesaplar, şifreler (hash), ilerleme verileri ve şifre sıfırlama e-postaları.
- Herkese açık MQTT sunucuları (EMQX, HiveMQ, Eclipse Mosquitto): yalnızca kendi sunucumuza ulaşılamadığında yedek bağlantı olarak. Bu durumda odanın isimleri, hamleleri ve sohbeti herkese açık sunuculardan geçer.
Bu sağlayıcılar verileri Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda (örneğin AB veya ABD) işleyebilir. Hesap açarken bu yurt dışı aktarıma KVKK madde 9 kapsamında açık rıza vermiş olursunuz. Hesap açmadan da oynayabilirsiniz.
Saklama süresi
Hesap verileri, hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır. Oda verileri en geç 12 saatte silinir. Sağlayıcı kayıtları kendi politikalarına göre (genellikle günler veya haftalar) tutulur.
Haklarınız
KVKK madde 11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, kopyasını alma, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na şikâyette bulunma haklarınız vardır. Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerini kendiniz silebilirsiniz: Profil ve görünüm → İstatistikler → Hesabı sil. Diğer talepler için contact@checkflipgame.com adresine yazın; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
Çocuklar
Check Flip 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşından küçükseniz (veya ülkenizdeki dijital rıza yaşının altındaysanız) ebeveyn izni olmadan hesap açmayın.
